There are a lot of quiz sites online right now that you can go visit and try. They provide quizzes with questions and answers to play online for free. But are they any good? I guess it comes down to personal preference, but I think there is one site really get it right. OC Trivia is probably one of the best places to play free quizzes online. There is a nice variety of categories along with a bunch of unique and unusual types of quizzes. Why do I thing it’s the best? Here’s a breakdown of what I find best about this website.
Quiz Length
First, the quizzes aren’t too long. They range from 10 to 15 questions. This is good because my attention span extremely short! The length of the quizzes are perfect. Sometime I will visit a website and there quizzes are 50 questions long. That’s way too many questions to answer in one sitting. What am I doing, taking the SATs? Short and sweet means fun. Also, there are some sites that put up one question that you answer…and that’s it! So, it’s not really a quiz. It’s more of just a one-off trivia question that you then click through to see if you got it right. This is way too short and not really a game. To have fun, you’d need about 10 to 20 questions.
Quizzes That Are Actually Fun
Speaking of fun, that’s the next great thing about the quizzes on this site. They are fun in the sense that the questions are worded in a way that they are easy to understand. Unlike the previous sentence you just read. All the quizzes let you answer all the questions, then show you your score. There are also some incredible picture quizzes to challenge you. You can then scroll down to see which ones you got right and which ones you got wrong. Most of the time, when you scroll down to read your answers after you’re done, the comments are pretty hilarious. Not only do I look forward to taking the quizs, I look forward to reading the answers.
Too Easy? Too Hard? Or Just Right?
As for my third and final positive about the site, I love how challenging the quizzes are. Almost every quiz I take at other websites are extremely easy. I know I’m only spending my time, but in a way, I feel like I’ve been ripped off. Kind of a waste of time. At OC Trivia, If there’s 12 questions in the trivia quiz, I’m getting anywhere from 8 to 11 correct. I think that’s a pretty fair ratio of tough to easy questions. When I visit other sites where the questions are too easy, I’m being tested on information that I already know, so, in essence, I don’t learn nothing. I love useless knowledge. I’m full of it, therefore, it seems as though they are using questions directly from my brain. I don’t know about you, but I prefer to be challenged, at least a little bit. That’s why the quizzes at oc trivia are perfect, for me at least.

To sum up, I think this may currently be the perfect quiz site online. The quizzes are the perfect length, 10 to 15 questions, the questions are set at the perfect difficulty, and the answers and questions are written in a way to make them entertaining and fun. That about wraps it up for me. I want to go play quiz right now!
